GOREME PANORAMA

We will pick you up in the morning from your hotel and start our full day Cappadocia tour. Pick up time is betvveen 09:00 and 09:30, depends on your hotel. The tour starts at Göreme Panorama where you will take some breathtaking photos of Göreme and unusual landscape of Cappadocia.

Cappadocia Underground Citys ( Derinkuyu, Kaymakli, Ozluce, Ozkonak, Tatlarin )

After that we will proceed to Derinkuyu Underground City, where we will descent tovvards the centre of earth, by exploring the largest and deepest underground city in Cappadocia, and as well in Turkey; vvhose capacity was 20 000 people. This City is approximately 85 metres deep and contains ali the usual rooms founded in an underground city (kitchens, storehouses, living quarters, wine cellars, stables, churches, vvatter well, ete.).

Peculiarity of Derinkuyu, what sets him apart from other underground cities in Cappadocia is a spacious vaulted room that was used as a missionary sehool. Then we will continue to Ihlara Valley, the largest and deepest canyon in Cappadocia; also the second biggest canyon in the vvorld. İt is a deep, narrovv river gorge cutthrough the tuta by the Melendiz River. The canyon runsfor20 km offering one of the most enjoyable hiking routes in Cappadocia.

After hiking in the valley we will proceed to Belisırma Village where we will have our luneh. Belisırma is a little village located on the Melendiz River. It’s an old Greek village established on the slopes of the valley. After luneh break we will visit Yaprakhisar Panorama where several scenes from the „Star Wars“ movies were filmed.

From that place you will have a nice view to Selime Monastery, a vvonderful rock-cut monastery, vvhich is the biggest religious building in Cappadocia. Continuing our tour, the route will take us to Pigeon Valley Panorama where we will make a photo break. We will conclude the tour by visiting onyx jewelry atelier and shop. Cappadocia is famous for it’s onyx and there you will have a chance to see artisans, experts at making items of jevvelry and other attractive produets and artifacts.

You will have a possibility to buy yourself a unique handmade souvenir from Cappadocia. Anticipated return to your hotel is approximately betvveen 18:00 and 18:30 o’clock.
